Day 8/Cruise

New Friends...and the last day of cruising.
Bert was a seaman from Sweden with lots of stories.
Barbara used to live on the Iron Range and we knew her nephew.
Yes it is a very small world.

The crew taught how to make the towel critters!

The chefs all have their specialty.
Just love that dolphin with its watermelon fins!

The crew came out and sang the last night. The nightly shows
were all fantastic and great entertainment. WOW!

Day 10/ Leaving BC

It rained so hard in Penticton that we didn't get any pictures of
Minter Gardens. I wish I would of as it was so pretty.

The lines of cars and trucks returning to the US was long.
We all had to leave the bus and then go inside and be scanned.

River on the way to Grand Coulee Dam.
There were lots of vineyards along the way in BC. Very Pretty.

Day 10/ End of Day in Spokane

Bob and Sue had us for a feast of a meal.
Great food with family is always a blessing.
Sue is quite the chef!
Josh, Joey, Joe, and Jackson.
Michele and her family minus one. Jordyn is in DC with her ballerina company performing. Such a wonderful visit.

Thanks Sue and Bob.

Day 11/ Lake Cour De Lane

Lake Cour De Lane sure has become a maze of resorts and expansion
I think this was the longest boardwalk on water.

Our memories from 1968 were nothing like this!!

Day 12/ The start of Yellowstone

The rapids on the river.
The Paint pots in their varying degrees of change and color.

The smell of sulphur was not as strong as I recall from years ago.

The new trees are coming back well, but the old dead ones sure do make a beautiful picture.
