Walk for the Cure-2007
We were full of smiles at the beginning...lots of sore feet by the time the finish line came.
We were among the 50,000 that walked and
ran that day. A very Moving event and so
HAPPY to be able to do this.
My hubby was a realtrooper for this walk as
he was not totally in
shape yet for our summer
hiking. Yes, we are back to our hikes
and really love it all.
WALK FOR THE CURE
-2007
Our family walked the 5K in the breast cancer walkathon in May. It was a very busy Mother's Day. Up early and on the bus at 6:30 am from the hospital to the Mall of America. We all did the walk just fine; it was so great to do it as a family. I thank our son-in-laws for sharing their wives with me on Mother's Day. An early BBQ afterwards and then Mary flew out. Thanks girls.
